Jurisdiction. Sindh Province (A southern province of Islamic Republic of Pakistan)
Beginning. Established in 1964 – Re-organized in 1975.

Basic Units. 302 Basic Units in all 17 Districts of province Sindh.

Manifesto
1) To convey the real teachings of Islam to the society and to struggle for freedom
from practice of non-Islamic, anti-Islamic philosophies, systems and culture.
2) To struggle for introduction of real Islamic religious, social, economical, cultural
and educational inheritance.
3) To organize the individuals of Millat-e-Shia dwelling in Sindh and create national
And Millati unity among them and cohere them on one center..
4) To take step and struggle for safeguard of universal interests and rights of
Millat-e-Shia for preaching, publishing and performing religious obligatory like Majlis,
Azadari etc.
5) To unite Millat-e-Shia specially in Sindh to the extent so that it may realize its street
Power during the time of any need.
6) To struggle collectively for removal of any obstacle in the connection of Mosque,
Madrisa, Imambargah, Alam Pak and Azzadari.
7) To be active for education, health, welfare and development of Millat-e-Shia.
Activities
a) Religious Activities
i) To extend financial and moral support to people for construction and
maintenance of Mosque, Imambargah and Madrisa.
ii) To hold Seminar, Conferences for creating awareness of Islam.
iii) To publish Islamic Books.
b) Social Activities.
i) To help poor students providing textbooks free of cost.
ii) To help widows make them capable to earn for their families.
iii) To help needy peoples for settlements of utilities.
iv) To organize programme to educate peoples for observing civic ethics.
v) To prevent human rights particularly women’s.
vi) To prepare peoples to struggle for making a peaceful society.
